PremiumWalk
One-pair-per-listing store for imported shoes in Pakistan
Live — own product

#overview
PremiumWalk sells imported shoes where every listing is a single physical pair — one size, one condition rating, its own real photographs. When it sells, it's gone.
That model breaks normal e-commerce assumptions (no stock quantities, no two buyers can hold the same item), so the store is a custom Next.js and Supabase build with its own cart holds, exchange flow, listing quality gate and cookie-free analytics.

- 30-minute cart reservation per pair and cash-on-delivery checkout
- 7-day exchange for store credit, order event log and phone blocklist
- Size-alert sign-ups — shoppers leave their size, and the admin panel lists who to message on WhatsApp when a matching pair is listed
- Filterable shop with URL-based filters and sorting, plus brand, size and brand-plus-size landing pages
- Admin panel: dashboard metrics, listing editor with bulk actions, orders, exchanges, customers, brands, reviews, photo storage, visitors and price comparables
