Hiralent matches candidates to jobs on verified skills instead of résumé keywords — skills are extracted from CVs, validated with coding assessments, and candidates can be interviewed by an AI interviewer.
My scope was the foundation the rest of the platform was built on: the first 120 commits. The AI matching, sandboxed code-execution assessments and AI interviews were built later by other contributors, and I don't claim them.
